This package of adventure with charity is the Lhasso Special Package been introduced back 2 years and became one of the most preferred package of all by our clients. In this package we have included almost all the fun filled adventurous activities in the main attraction places of Nepal and few days volunteering in a schools or orphanage or involve in community service projects in a complete Home stay (living with local villagers).
This package is suitable for all sorts of people from teenager to elderly person. We can customize the package as per the client's choice and length of their stay in Nepal. This package includes Gorepani Poohill Trek, one of the best trekking in Nepal, white water rafting, wildlife safari in Chitwan, explore over beautiful Pokhara valley like pleasant Fewa Lake, boating, rock climbing and sightseeing tour into the cities of World Heritage Sites.
Volunteering in a school or orphanage and involving in community service projects would be a lifetime rewarding experience as well as for good cause in a developing country like Nepal. Our associate charity organization Mother and Children Foundation (MCAF) hosts you during your community service projects and volunteering phase. You can teach English, games, music or help to do homework or help children in their everyday life of 4 to 14 years old kids. Day 01: Transit to Kathmandu. (1350m.)
You will be welcomed by our representative at Tribhuvan International Airport upon your arrival, then transferred to hotel. Our representative will brief you the logistics of your different phases before dinner. (A), (B),
Day 02: Kathmandu. (1350m.)
You will be taken to sightseeing in world heritage places including Soyambhunath, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath by our tour guide. Prepare for Trekking in the evening. (If any stuff needed to be purchased for Trekking) (A), (B),
Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara. (850m.)
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Pokhara. It takes approximately 7 hours by private vehicle. Transfer to Hotel.(A), (B),
Day 04: Pokhara to Tikhe Dunga (1540m.)
After breakfast drive to Naya Pul (42km) by bush via the large village of Lumle and walk for about 20 minutes to Birethanti. The trail follows the main street of Birethanti, going through bamboo forests and past a large water fall and swimming hole. Beyond a pasture used by pony caravans, the trail reaches Ramghai where you have lunch. After lunch, climbs gradually up the side of the valley, reaching at Tikhe Dunga. (4 hrs) (A), (B), (L), (D).
Day 05: Tikhe Dunga to Ghorepani(2840m.)
The trail crosses a stream on a suspension bridge then ascends a steep stone staircase (which has about 3300 steps) to the large Magar village Ulleri at 1960 m. Above the village, the trail climbs gently through pastures and cultivated fields. There is a camp site for a rest and water stop one hours walk above Ulleri. The trail crosses two sparkling streams before making a short, final climb to Nangethanti where you stop for lunch. Thati is a Nepali word meaning "rest house”. In the winter the trail can be covered with snow. From Nangethanti climb to Ghorepani at 2860m, from here you can see the spectacular panorama of Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Tukuche Nilgiri (6940m), Annapurna South, Annapurna I (8091m), Hiunchuli (6441m) and Tarke Kang (7193m).(A), (B), (L), (D).
Day 06: Ghorepani to Tadapani (2630m.)
An early starts hike to Poon Hill (3193m) leads to a brilliant spectacle an unobstructed view of sunrise over the high Himalayas. After spending about 40 minutes there, descend to Ghorepani for breakfast and we begin trek to Tadapani, the trail leads along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali (2960m). Then descend to Banthanti, where we will have lunch then leading to Tadapani.(A), (B), (L), (D).
Day 07: Tadapani to Gandruk (1950m.)
The Ghandruk trail descends steeply through forests to the village of Ghandruk where you will arrive around noon. You will overnight here so have the afternoon to visit the Annapurna conservation office and museum. Chance to see cultural program by local villagers in the evening. (A), (B), (L), (D).
Day 08: Gandruk to Pokhara (850m.)
Today you descend from Ghandruk to Seuli Bazar and meet a flat trail along the Modi Khola, eventually you will make a circuit when you get Birethanti then you will have lunch at Birethanti then trek continue towards Nayapul and drive to Pokhara by Bus. Finishing off this fine trek. (A), (B), (L),
Day 09: Pokhara to Chitawan (800m.)
After Breakfast heading to Chitwan by private vehicle. 6hrs. Transfer to Hotel. Village tour excursions during late noon to see the real lifestyles of local Tharu people. (A), (B), (L), (D).
Day 10: Chitawan (800m.)
Wakeup call. After breakfast go to canoe rides along the jungle river, jungle walks and visit elephant breeding centre. Then back to hotel for lunch. After lunch go to elephant ride through the deep jungle to watch various wild animals for 2 hrs. Back to Hotel and go to see Tharu cultural program in the evening. (A), (B), (L), (D).
Day 11: Chitawan to Kathmandu (1350m.)
Wakeup call and go for a short walk through jungle for bird watching. There will be chance to see many different kinds of birds and other wild animals on the walk and back to Hotel for breakfast. After breakfast drive to Kathmandu by private vehicles. Transfer to Hotel. (A), (B), (L),.
Day 12: Kathmandu to Kathmandu Project Field (1350m.) with Home Stay Accommodation.
After breakfast go to project site with project coordinator. Your project will be in a school called Shram Jyoti Public School, (a primary school for disadvantaged children in Nepal. School established by MCAF) which is about 10 kilometer from central Kathmandu. Your project coordinator will greet you and give you a tour around the school and show you the project works that you can do in the given time. (A), (B), (L), (D).
Day 13: Kathmandu Project Field (1350m.) with Home Stay Accommodation.
Continue project. Activities that you may be involved in are; making walls, painting and decorating classrooms with educational drawings, gardening and teaching some Basic English to the kids, Playing sports with the kids. This is a great opportunity for you to see firsthand how the local Nepalese live and eat.(A), (B), (L), (D).
Day 14: Kathmandu Project Field to Kathmandu (1350m.) with Home Stay Accommodation.
Final day of the project phase. There will be farewell program with some cultural exchange program at the end. Say goodbye to your project hosts and all the people you have met during this phase. Go back to your Hotel in Thamel. (A), (B), (L)
Day 15: Kathmandu (1350m.)
Final day to relax, re-organize your bags, shopping in Kathmandu and Remember to re-confirm your flights.(A), (B),
